RMAPT Proudly Presents:

Interaction Style Tools for Coping in Difficult Times

with

Linda V. Berens Ph.D., President Interstrength Associates®,

MBTI® Practitioner

6  CEUs (also applies to MBTI Master Practitioners)

Chart-the-Course™, Behind-the-Scenes™, Get-Things-Going™ and In-Charge™ are four interaction styles that give us clues to our own behavior and that of others:

Who Should Attend:  This session will be of specific value to: managers, team leaders, HR specialists, career counselors, trainers, facilitators, coaches, and strategic planners in any organization.  It is not necessary to be qualified/certified in the MBTI assessment in order to understand or to teach the Interaction Styles model.

Interaction Styles®: This model is easy to learn, behaviors are easy to see, and response in workshops has been phenomenal. The model satisfies the demands for an easy-to-identify and quick way to introduce tools and techniques.

This model has been used with thousands of participants around the world and in many settings.  It also has great value to MBTI practitioners because it helps them to gain entrance into environments where the DiSC® and Social Styles models are already being used.  Likewise, those familiar with these latter models will gain a new appreciation for the MBTI Instrument.

What You Will Learn:  This session will include the Interaction Style Self-Discovery Process as well as the theoretical underpinnings and links to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® Instrument. You will be able to recognize the four Interaction Style Patterns, to use the Interaction Style Model, to identify preferred decision making styles, and to see the relationship to the MBTI  Instrument, Social Styles, DiSC, the four temperaments and the 16 types. You will have a new tool to use with your clients in guiding them into their strengths and out of their blind spots when coping with stress.

Materials:  Workshop participants will receive the popular booklet: Understanding Yourself and Others: An Introduction to Interaction Styles, 2.0, as well as a handout.
