Change is everywhere! Are you In-Charge? RMAPT Workshop
Which basic pattern fits you? In-Charge, Get-Things-Going, Chart-the-Course or Behind-the-Scenes. Linda Berens will help you find out! She is an excellent teacher. Interaction Styles (Understanding Yourself and Others®: An Introduction to Interaction Styles, Berens 2001) and Temperament are totally complementary. Pick one of each and you have unlocked more information about your type than you can get with the preferences alone.
You can find your Interaction Style, Temperament or Type on the attached graphic. “According to theory,” the background color inside a box will identify an Interaction Style. The background color outside of a box will identify a Temperament. And, you can identify your Type if you can guess (or know) your Temperament and Interaction Style. The Types are decoded on the right side of the graphic. Please keep an open mind as Linda will test the “theory.”
The bottom of the graphic provides a little information on Interaction Styles and Temperament. Notice the unique “L” shaped pattern of these Interaction Styles on this version of the standard Type Table. Once you discover which Interaction Style is likely yours, come to the workshop to learn from Linda herself what it all means – preferred way of making decisions, agenda for change, response to stress, strengths, sticking points, ability to cope in difficult times and much more! Bring your friends and your team for an exciting and informative day.
Have some fun by trying this on your friends and with your team. Please share the attached flyer and graphic with anyone interested in how Interaction Styles can help with “Coping in Difficult Times.” Hope to see you, your friends and your team at the workshop!
